[Website Bug] Error occurs while trying to do report?

So, I was trying to do a report for someone doing an inappropriate build, but this error appeared and won't let me.

What does this mean? ._.

You have to verify your account by e-mail, that's why they ask for it. If you already did that, then shut down your computer, wait 10 seconds, power it back up and try again. Those solutions always work for me, and it'll probably work for u!

I've already verified my email.

I've also refreshed the page.

And I've restarted my computer, but haven't done the report since I've restarted, so I might try again. I'll give an edit once I done something about this.
