We needs mods on!

There has been about 4 hackers in HC Factions PvP today and I reported them all and none of them got banned! Nor were any of my reports replied to by a message to me etc.!

 

We appreciate your concerns and we know your concerns, but I can guarantee that all the Mods are doing their best at the moment. Just, we're not in the best situation number-wise and we all have lives, busy lives outside of this place that we have to tend to. We are trying our hardest to get all the reports we can while we're online. Hope you understand. :)

 

Like @Smg said, the mods are trying their absolute best to support everyone who needs help. Please don't forget that they are human, not androids. They can't be on 24/7. If you feel like using /report isn't the best solution for you, you can also report them on the forum boards by clicking this link.

I also just want to add on to this that this has been complained about so much as there are very limited amounts of staff:
1. Not anybody can become staff, only people fit for the role are selected
2. Staff are very busy as mentioned above, they have to deal with every single persons problems on the server and they have to sort out their own lives.
3. There are some staff who are resigning now(which is completely understandable btw, you can't centre your life around a game) which means their places need to be filled but as I said, its harder to fill those roles than you think.

Because the staff team get so much hate, for once I would like to thank them for their hard work in sorting out the many issues across the server and to reassure you @Wreckerzzz that the management team, I am pretty sure, are trying their best to make the staff team 'more efficient'.

you can't rely on moderators to always be online. rather than complaining, take action and help the server yourself.
