Vegetarian Dishes

So I've recently went vegetarian.

I'm looking for some quick and easy, tasty vegetarian dishes to make, if anyone else is vegetarian and knows some, please reply.

Pescatarian or Vegetarian? because if you are Pescatarian tuna lasagne is really good. A recipe I like is: take a tub cottage cheese, 2 cans of tuna and some pasta sauce/tomato sauce mix it together, line a dish with lasagne and start layering the tuna mix, once you get to the top layer sprinkle some grated cheese on it and bake in the oven for around half an hour till you can stick a fork nicely into the pasta. the amounts listed here is for about 2-3 servings but you can always multiply it by however much you need. this is a somewhat plain dish, but it does have a nice taste, otherwise, google always has nice recipes.

secondly same, I basically only eat canned tuna or tuna in sushi and that's all the fish I eat XD

 

I don't really like Sushi the first time I tried it , but it was store bought stuff. I might try it from a restaurant or something.

Tuna is ok. The 2 main fish I have ever really eaten is Haddock and Cod, often in batter or breadcrumbs as per the British way.

 

Just out of curiosity, why did you decide to become vegetarian?

 

I don't agree with animals being murdered for meat, we are all earthlings, we should live in peace with no wars. Killing humans is wrong, but killing animals in really brutal ways, is okay? Not right in my opinion.

Meat is too fattening.

There is a huge difference between being murdered and between being slaughtered.
Working with cattle that is sent to the slaughter houses I've learnt a lot about the process, and sure it isn't pretty but they are not ''brutally'' put down or ''murdered''. Of course you have places that break the rules and use illegal ways, but 90% of them do not.

 

I respect your opinion, but I feel differently.

 

There's a meal called "Stop being vegetarian", should try it.

Was a joke.
But there's vegetarian stir fry, and that's good. Another thing is quinoa & Brown rice, also good but sometimes tastes bland. I've never centered myself around vegetation, so I don't know much else.

Would you eat eggs?
