Unable to obtain a rank

    This issue occurs in the store.

    So what essentially happened is, after a laborious 30 minutes, the store told me that I had gotten the VIP rank. It said that the $10 I paid had gone through and that I would receive my rank shortly. So I waited off of the server for about 20 minutes, to make sure it had time to get through. So I log onto the server and I don't have a rank. I panic but I wait longer. I go back on after an hour and I still have no rank. It said that the email that was used to aid the purchase would receive an email when the rank was set in place. No email has been sent. I just really want to know if I wasted $10 on something that didn't work.

    I forgot to mention that this also happened to one of my friends (_CptMerc) after he bought his rank.

    It appears you used a so-called "eCheck" payment, these usually take 8 to 10 days to clear. You can view the status of the payment by logging in to your PayPal account.
