Unable to do /help or /?

I logged onto the server yesterday and I could not use these commands which I believe are essential. Is this a bug?

 

Not a bug, they removed these commands because they want to keep their plugins private, also they're is really no need. They have pretty much explained all the commands you can do on either signs, books, announcements, etc..

 

They removed /mods also. They may add it back maybe updating BTW they can remove plugin showing in essentials config and the plugins that displays are basic plugins like PEX And Essentials it doesn't show all plugins

 

Some servers don't have /help, like the Lobby I believe. Like mentioned above, some commands were removed.

 

for this there is a reason why:
in the lobby, you're just chatting around and fooling around with no games in the lobby (excluding sumo and temple run). so basically there is no use for commands in lobby at all.
