I don't know if this is my computer or not, but some thread titles are repeating themselves.

 

Thats because they're reporting the same thing, It's the thread's titles xP

Those people who reported the hackers chose to write the same title instead of numbering/writing each thread title differently. They usually do this when they're reporting people for the same reason over and over xD

But yeah, not a glitch :D
