Make a Steam account.

 

1) Make a Steam account
2) Open Steam
3) Search 'Team Fortress 2'
4) Click 'Install'

I should also mention this, but you can get free hats by playing other Valve games.

One I'm trying to get now is the Alien Swamp Parasite hat. I would get this by downloading Alien Swarm and completing 2 online co-op missions.

Im a noob at tf2 too. and i havent opened steam in like 2 months

 

I'm a nub at TF2 as well. I just waste all my ammo for Pyro's flamethrower.

 

I recommend you to play singleplayer for like a month or two before multiplayer because you'll rage.. hard

 

no. straight into multiplayer. get weapons and stuff

 

But, raging and damaging your computer

 

play as pyro. or join custom servers
