    Detailed description of bug: The sign says at least 15 people are needed to start when we changed it to 9

    Not, really a bug. More of an incomplete feature, not a big issue doesn't need to be worked on. They have bigger priorities....

    Not hard of a fix though. My guess: It wouldn't even take a minute. I doubt it would affect any time needed to solve any other reports, such and such. :p
