Oh hi, im John and this time i have not a video, but instead a Picture review! So today i was absolutely stunned to find these guys at walmart for a not unreasonable 14.99! NOTE: I didnt buy these all that once, i got each figure over time. and boy do i like them. Without further ado, lets kick off the review with the first figure i got out of the group Dragstrip! So Everybody in the house say guy #1 who is Dragstrip, the Competitive guy out of the group. Dragstrip is well known for standing out for his Light yellow Colors and Sweet blue face. He is also known to be the only one of the group that turns into a F-1 racer, which so reminds me of @05ocram05 . This guys headsculpt is Pretty neat with the blood like tears and robo mouth He looks like hes wearing a racing helmet if you look at it. The articulation on this guy is retty killer too, and he can pull off a few moves or 2. His weapons is this Halo-like Rifle and his big Twin cannon gun. The Transformation on this guy is pretty simple as all the combiner wars guys are. and what he turns into is this pretty sweet F-1 racecar mode I really like the paint apps on this thing, it just makes him stand out from the rest of the team. which look grey and dull. :P The next guy in line is Dead-End, the misery guts of the group. This guy is my favorite out of all of the Stunticons. The proportions on this guy is just amazing, he looks all big and menacing as Decepticons ought to be, He has that Gangster/robot look to him, and the Head sculpt on this guy reminds me of the guy from Doom. I like his purple visor, his Mouthplate and the Robo-ears, it looks neat and very detailed. This guys Articulation is just as good as Dragstrip, ball joints, waist swivel, ball jointed head and ratchet joint arms. His weapons are pretty neat as well, Hes packing this Exhaust pipe Club and Twin Anti-tank rifle. The transformation is slightly harder than dragstrip, but it really pays off when you get the vehicle mode, Which is Damn near sleek and speedy. His car mode is based off a Ferrari 458 italia or a Mclaren MP4-12c The paint apps on this guy are pretty neat, i like the Golden racing stripe and the large Decepticon symbol on his hood. Tomorrow, ill post the next 2 guys in the Group, Breakdown and blackjack, so stay tuned to this thread! c:
You know if you make a youtube channel and recorded this you would probably get a bunch a views, Just a recommendation for net time.
And now for the next Figure in the Line, Breakdown, the Paranoid one of the crew. I really love the engineering on this figure, hes all blocky and big, and hes rocking this navy blue and white paint. His head sculpt is very faithful to his 1985 self The weapons he comes with are his big twin cannon and a gears of war reminiscent rifle, he can either hold it like a sword, or a gun Transformation on this guy is pretty simple as a combiner wars figure ought to be. and he turns into this super sweet Lamborghini countach mode. I really do like this vehicle mode as i am a big fan of lamborghinis, the headlights are sweet and theres the words "15racing" on the front for some reason? Breakdown and Dead end so far are my favorite with Sweet vehicle modes and exceptional engineering, But i seriously think these guys should be $14.99 each, in my opinion thats a little bit too much for a super simple robot Up next, we got the Sly guy of the crew, Blackjack! now this guy wasnt really apart of the original Stunitcon group but hes supposed to be the little car drone/ chestplate on the original toy hes the smallest in the crew as well, but hes a pretty killer toy for about $9.99, i also got him for a bargain at toysrus, because most other stores were trying to sell these for 13 dollars The articulation on this guy is just crazy, hes a ball joint machine. He can pull off a few fighting poses here and there, hes also packing this Brutal purple war axe the transformation on this guy is pretty simple for a legends class figure, and he turns into this sweet Tokyo drift-esque car. the war axe becomes the Spoiler, but it just looks soo ugly with it. So Breakdown and Blackjack are some decent figures to add to my collection, and im happy that i got more on the way, so stay tuned to this thread for the next 2 guys in line, Offroad and Motormaster!
