    There is a rule to doing this, I believe.
    I think someone has to record this trade, because if you scam someone with in real life money, I believe it's a ban.

    No, there is a rule, though I believe.
    A mod or something is there, or a recording happens.
    If you do scam the person, if they do accept this trade, you will be banned.

    Yes, there will be a ban for the person whether they be buying something from the score or if it's in-game cash as long as they are not holding their part of the agreement. This goes for Factions as well.
