I am beginning to feel bad for staff, trying their hardest, but never able to stop the bullies and grief... I respect them, I want to help them, this thread is one of the few things I can do.... This thread was inspired by a friend, @Shadow_Riolu, I hope he comes back, and if he does, I want him to come back to a better server, were he doesn't have to worry about the bullies harassing him or anyone in the fact. I know this will not stop the them alone, but it can start something that can stop them...

Why do we need to make fun of people? I know we all have done it, probably because SO many of us do it consistently. Why do we feel the need to put others down, when we can more joy thinking positively. Did I help anyone in the slightest today? Was I nice to someone today? Ask yourself those before you ask "why am I not staff?" I feel good when people like @ProCraftz go to new members profiles and give them advice if they done wrong, and welcoming them. They deserve more then bullies and probably feel beter too. I want to become like the good people. I hate it when people leave, even if there new, especially if there my friend.

@~ItzEnderman left, Shadow_Rioul left, and though I did not know her, but enjoyed her posts, @Animoes had a leaving thread. I hope this doesn't continue. I know we cant fix this ENTIRELY, therefore it isn't a perfect world, it wont be a perfect server. I feel sad that people are since, I think that we can do something. I will deal with the occasional bully, but 1/2 the app section has lying, cheating, and trolling people posting there. I think this is unacceptable. Its more serious then we think. I seen someone post "the server is better then ever", I shall disagree, if it was better why would all these people be leaving because of harassment. Sorry for my language, but I'm fed up with this crap.... Continue, and congrats you made another person leave! Keep this up, bullies, and you trolls out there.... GOODBYE THEN!

I do not want staff working harder, as they work at their finest. I believe that the people who need to stop are us... Well a lot of us. Try o be kinder, even if you were never warned by staff or had ANY conflics with they server. Hell, just send a postitive vibe sometimes! Thank you all of the team trying to help, I appreciate it.

They do their best. Something the community doesn't get is that you can't prevent 100% of this. This staff team, working 200% capacity, can only get about 45-65%, 65 being the best any staff team can accomplish.

Thank you for the words of encouragement, however. If we all work our hardest, let us be the first to pass that 65% prevented.

It is not the harassment of which I left. I have lived through harassment in real life, and therefore I am used to it. I had to leave because of the fact that I cannot manage my time well, and that I spent, probably half my life on electronics, which is not good. Although, I agree with you Mini.

 

I know, I was going to put that. I need to edit it. I pressed tab when spacing out, sorry. You are right, very, I just believe this gone TOO far.

 

You shouldn't feel bad.

As staff, it is my responsibility to try to fix problems on both forum and server. This includes bullying, harassment and trolls.
Every time there is a problem that I miss, a thread that slips past me, I count it as a failure on my part.

I sincerely apologize for the problems I have let past me, and I will continue to strive to make the forums a better place.

 

Its not your fault... You try your best. I feel bad because all they do is make you job harder... You try, it is not a failure, nor a mistake, it is just a person being a jerk.... Your efforts are amazing as of most staffs. God luck, I hoe you do good at helping the bullying stop, though you are already.

 

Don't overkill yourself, @rockor1757 . And don't count all that as failures.

No human, computer (seeing as it's built by humans), or creature in this universe can possibly be perfect. We will make mistakes, and there's nothing we can do about it.

I'm going to agree with you. I've seen the bullying going on for some time now, I even left the server for a few days because of it. I understand that the staff try hard to prevent this from happening, from what I've seen they do their job well and work hard to help the server.

Also, as a member of the community, I try to discourage this bullying. Unfortunately, it's still happening, people being rude in general, and then people who I wouldn't expect to do such a thing, some of those people are doing it too.

I've seen people do it because they think it's funny, but it's really not once you think about it. They end up hurting someone's feelings. It's taking it too far, don't do it, is what I say.

I'd like to thank the staff, I think they're trying hard to stop this. And as members of the community, we can discourage it. And to those who've done such before, learn from your mistake, think before you joke sometimes.

The world is spread with disgusting bullies.

I don't know why they do this, but it doesn't achieve anything but bad reputations.
Bullies always have someone with them, like a team or whatever..

But you wanna know the truth?
Those are weak, stupid, idiotic, dumb, disgusting and humiliating people who follow the bullies thinking they will be 'stronger'.
No, they won't be stronger. In fact, they might get arrested for bullying. It's not something to be laughing about, it's actually something you can get arrested for.

A kid or not, you won't get away that easily.

In schools, bullying becomes worse and worse.
They don't have any Recess monitors, they don't have hall monitors, they just want to be paid and go teach some kids till they get bored out of their life.

It's getting clear for bullies they can keep on doing this, but still, can't get away with it their whole lives.

Now with Online bullying, Is something that we can't really do anything about.
They are anonymous, which we can't know who they are, so we don't know what to do with them.

It won't affect you, so Ignore them.

In my opinion, they should start banning bullies on the server for at least a month or permanently with a chance of ban appealing. and I'm not criticizing the system that exists here by the way, It's getting very improved these days.

 

I would say go to staff if they are like that like. I think @Staff should see this.
