So... Most of the stuff simply won't be understood or be new to you if you haven't played or watched the game. And just incase, SPOILER ALERT!

Anyway, I brought myself to an interest topic of the game: Bruno. This bearded Egoistic cook master.
Yeah, probably the darkest character in the entire game after Roman who was in fact the soldier himself and who gets saddened when you kill one of them, but doesn't when civilians die. In fact, Roman seems to be like the most cruel of all characters. In his backstory he was one of the executioners, killing several civilians and rebels in the process. The only reason he left is because he met his brother Leon being one of the people he had to execute. But this theory really isn't about that guy who for some reason, people like the most.

Anyway, Bruno really doesn't seem to like none of the characters. He seems to have almost ZERO emotions towards what means "Bad Actions" and won't even smile a little when the group shares their medicine for the hospital. If any character dies, he brings in an argument: "I'm glad it wasn't me, maybe I could stay in shelter being safe while someone goes scavenging?". Why is he like that? I mean, he's a celebrity. He's wealthy. People love his food, people love his show. Where did this anger came into him from?

He has zero reaction towards what others do, but after the testings, I found out that he does become sadder when he commits murder himself. Why would he all of a sudden? Isn't he an egoistical sociopath only caring about himself? Well what if he isn't? What if he isn't as bad as we may first think? What if there's a bigger reason for all his selfishness other than just cause? Interesting? Hope it is.

In "His Story", he often pulls out parts of his backstory, he mentions his "Dearest Friend".
(In who he probably already put it YEEAAAAAAH!!!)
His "Dearest Friend" lived in Pogoren, the city where the entire story takes place in. She called him multiple times saying that she's gonna leave this town because the war is certainly coming in, however, our Optimistic Fella Bruno tells her that this is nothing more than a simple riot.

This simple riot turns into a civil war. Bruno, outside the town, sees this in the news and realizes that his friend is suffering up there. He quickly goes for the closest bus, but all rides are cancelled.

You ever wondered how Bruno even got himself in Pogoren? He clearly wasn't in town when the war started. He feels guilty for lying to his friend and giving her false sense of security. He came in Pogoren, strong willed, alone, to go find and save his friend at all costs. But for that, he needs to survive himself. That's why he doesn't give two shits about what his friends are doing, that's why he's such an egoist, that's why he even is in Pogoren in the first place. Bruno is just a simple misunderstood, looking for his "Dearest Friend".

    But hey! That's JUST A THEORY! A Jack's Theory!
(Yes, I copied it from game theory lmao.)
