As you can see Mojang has ruined Minecraft forever with the new Eula! I stand up to this new Eula! "servers are no longer allowed to sell gameplay-changing features" Seriously Mojang! That's the best idea you've got! After all we've done for by building wonderful creations on Minecraft and making it more popular then it was before, this what you give us. You ruined Minecraft Mojang, SERIOUSLY!

Have change.org ever changed anything lol? Don't you think Mojang has considered doing this for a while? They're not gonna "change it back".

I am Barack Obama, and I do not approve the EULA.

I don't care if their not gonna change it back. I will go as far as the supreme court just to change it back. We don't deserve this kind of madness. We bought all of that crap, we're not just gonna give it up like that

Well the EULA has always been there... It was just never enforced because they had "more important" stuff to do. So you actually accepted the EULA when you bought the game.

Yeah, I didn't accept the NEW EULA though. And I don't have to accept it.

Edit: There is not a law that says "You have to accept the new EULA of Minecraft." So I'm not accepting the new EULA.

    Lock.
    Now.

    It's not a "new EULA."

It has existed since the creation of Minecraft.

I am sick and tired of having to post this on EVERY SINGLE EULA THREAD.

An EULA is an "end-user license agreement." That means that if you purchase the software, or in this case, the game, you have the rights to own all parts of that game. Servers give donators an unfair advantage by giving them things that others cannot get. Everyone has the rights to own every part of the game, so donators are not allowed to have extra.

    Just lock this right now.

Not to mention that Mojang is a SWEDISH company, the White House can't do anything about a SWEDISH company.

What he means by "Accept" is you agreed to follow the EULA when you first bought the game.

How? By clicking the "I have read these terms and accept" button. :P

When are you guys going to stop fussing over this? o.O
Caleb, you're pretty much addressing Mojang even though this is the ItsJerryAndHarry forums... This shouldn't, and isn't, the place to make complaints against the EULA.
If you are against it, that's cool, but keep in mind that you DONATED.
Take these types of situations should be brought to Mojang themselves.
Anyway, closing because of THIS thread.
    Thanks.
