Thank You, People

Hey guys,

I don't mean to be soppy or anything, I'm not that kind of guy, but I felt the need to make this post.

Now I'm not gonna lie to you, but if it weren't for a lot of people in the community I would have been long gone by now. When people ask me why I returned after being gone for about 6 months, I usually gave the simply answer 'I was feeling nostalgic, so I decided to come on and see who was still here', or at least along the lines of that. However, I wasn't nostalgic for the server. Personally I think that the server could never square up to how it was back in the day, in late 2013 when the server was just starting to gain its bearings, where everything was in one world, and where on a good day there was about 250 people on. Back when Staff Island was a thing (fck you saul). I've seen it change to what it is now, transforming from a few Dutch guys who like Minecraft to the behemoth of a community it is today. But now I just don't particularly like Minecraft anymore, and I'm not that much of a fan of the game modes, bar Build It and a few others.

If anything, I was nostalgic for the community, the amazing people within this amazing community, people whom I've known since the beginning, and people I met only recently. And the Staff; the Staff members are hands down probably some of the most fantastic people I've met within an online community. There are some I know who are still around today, such as @Heatdude Da Waffle , @XenonHD, @Arcoz, @Nocturn_King, @xMisfitCow who have been around for a very long time. The people who I knew, who a lot of you probably don't even remember, such as SoWantDiamonds, MyFreakingSelf, SkepticPara, @KrisKrikken, vsoupaxe, MegaMetch, BobMarley, Fazzalon, doodlies456, Borezz and a lot more. Even the people who I have only recently met who are on the server, such as @BlueJeansToGo, @MudKipper85, @Slevin, @MrDeathWilliam, @YFIOTR @Spykill3r. People who I've met along the way, throughout the two years such as @Ncecal, @NESlover1, @Magical_Sparklez, @zezze_99, @Lolingguy13, @05ocram05, @RobyNub1337 @~PandaCaity @~Wolf @DWG715, @PresidentBacon, @Warden_Creeper . Even the owners themselves, @ItsJerryAndHarry and @WhatTheHai and @Saul1337.

To all of you, thank you. If it weren't for all of these people I would have left this server a long time ago, and if it wasn't for everyone here, and anyone that I might have forgotten to mention (sorry there are so many of you :p if I missed you I'll edit you in).

In the end what I guess I'm trying to say is that the community here is the only reason why I came back is because of the magnificent people here. Even the ones that I don't know. Even the ones who've forgotten me, even the ones who I still stay in touch with. The Staff, the Community Members, Donators; everyone here doesn't get the recognition that they deserve, so that's what I'm giving to everyone here.

Hehe...I remember BobMarly...he was a pretty cool guy, even helped me on a report I made (which scared the hell out of me when he said "Thank's for reporting, Pyro" xD).

It's nice to see you again. Although I see the community more as "interesting", I do share many of your views.

Damn right Pk, the community, my friends (more people I can call friends than I ever expected to have) they're the only real reason I'm still here.
And I'm really glad we all had a load of fun times, especially when the server was younger and more innocent.

To be honest, I think all of the members of the IJAH community would be crying. A wonderful thread and experiences given to you. Staff members would be crying because of this thread you made. I'm not usually one for these kinds of posts, but I felt the need to make it, as barely anyone seems to give the community the credit it deserves :P I wouldn't go as far to say it made them shed a tear, or at least they haven't when I've been on TS/Skype with then :P, but as long as they're grateful and happy for what they've achieved and what they do behind the scenes, then I'm sure everyone is happy :P
