Well this is a good "back-to-school" topic, so I'm sorry if this scars you because it's summer, but I just started school last week, so, those in school, I need help. I have a fear of taking tests, and I'm sure everyone has had this at some point, but I just get so nervous when taking tests. I blank out, I sweat during the test, and worse, I just remember all the answers right after the test is finished. No matter how hard I try, I can't study well enough to feel confident in myself to do it.

With that, is there any way any of you study for a test or gain confidence for these kinds of things?

    I never study.
I just usually pass a test with a B at the lowest without studying so I just don't study.
Even for SBAC I never studied.
Anyways, what helps my friends is repetition. By repetition I mean the cornell method. I bet you probably know what that is, but if you don't, it's a note taking format that helps you memorize notes and concepts by repeating and going over the notes you took.
What helps me when I have to memorize a poem or something for english is I write it down.
I had a 75 line phrase to memorize in english, I didn't even start trying to memorize it until the day before presentation. To be honest, I just wrote it down a couple of times and put it into phrases and I got an A+.
If you don't like writing, have someone say it to you. Sometimes that works.

The best thing to do is just relax. Understand that its no the end of the world. This comes important when standardized testing comes around. I also recommend that you study, if you do then you should feel confident, and not worry.
