Guys normally people do speed art here and there but...WHAT SOFTWARE U GUYS USE? can one of you tell me the software you guys use for it and make me one? I wanna see how exactly to make a skin speed art.

Skin speed art? You mean Skin timelapse? there's a difference :P
Anyways, do you mean the program used to make the speed faster or the program used to edit the skin?

Skindex (the one I use, I think Skindex is the easiest software)
Nova Skins

There are probably way more :b

 

As in skin art

 

Paint.NET, GIMP, pixlr, there's a free version of Adobe Photoshop, I forget which.

 

You mean skin speed art (when someone draws a minecraft skin) or skin edit (when someone makes a skin)? You gotta explain a bit more...
