[Survival] problems

I died at safezone in a ravine. I managed to get my stuff back, and I quickly did /f home because I was on fire by the lava. I survived, but when I got to my faction home I didn't have any of my stuff. then, I went to check the ravine again. I only saw part of my stuff, but I still wanted it.then a random person came flying down the ravine and died. like a millisecond later he was back and got his stuff and my stuff(I was still trying to parkour through the lava)(I think he has /fly).That person was a normal rank. then that person did /f home, but then complained about not having all his stuff.

lost: full iron with gold, pick, gold apple, 2 block of coal and a bow and 12 arrows.

I am not reporting the person but plz fix this glitch.
