[Survival, Factions] Armor Stand Bug

In which minigame/server does the bug occur: Peaceful Survival (Possible Hardcore Factions)
Detailed description of bug: Yesterday whilst I was in a temporary faction trying to bring the rabbits I found back to my faction, after I got them there I got some armor stands and thought I gave myself access to all the land in my faction so I started placing armor stands around for a decoration project I have in mind. Then one moment I placed an armor stand in the wrong spot and I couldn't remove it as it said "GoldenHoeHarbor doesn't allow you to edit the terrain" as I didn't have access in said chunk, yet I was able to place as many armor stands there as possible. I have yet to try it out in other people's factions but I assume it can still be done, also haven't tried it in factions but since factions uses the same plugin, I assume it might happen there too. If proof of this bug is needed, I'll try to get some if I can.
