Why can't we use 1.7 objects on the server yet? And another random rant, why is Survival taking so long to comeback? It's been what? Almost half a year now? Don't mean to come off offensive, I just want to know...
1) I don't know or remember the reason. I know if you look in the Help section, you will find Harry answering that question. I think the reason was because they didn't add it or something like that. I don't really know. 2) ... Do I even have to answer this? Be patient. There working on it cause it takes time. So if we have to wait another half year, then were just gonna have to wait.
On the creative server, holding or placing some 1.7 items will kick you. This does annoy me and some others. I hope this will be fixed.
1) Because the server is 1.7 AND 1.6 compatable. If 1.7 items were allowed, the block entity would be an invisible block for 1.6 players (i think) 2) J&H dont know what to do with it. It crashed, map was destroyed and cant be retrieved. If they kept survival down no players would rage. If they did everyone would rage from loosing everything. Just be patient.
