Starting A OITC Halloween Tournament

Hey guys, as you know me I'm hayden4848 a.k.a GoliathusFilms or FoxyGamingHD. Today, I'm gonna set up and start a OITC tournament for everyone that wants to join. This is my first time creating a tournament list so I'll list the things that you need to require for the tournament.

Rules:
1) No Running (Only 3 seconds)
2) No Block Hitting (For a least amount of time)
3) No Swearing
4) Say GG even though you lost, don't say BG that's disrespectful
If you break one of these rules, you are disqualified from the tournament.

The wins should be stopping at 10, so if a participant reaches 10 kills. They win the match. There will also be numbers that you can pick to choose.
