Let me inform you.

Cox had fiber that was cut, they can't fix it so fast, because the backhaul was cut too, apparently.
Therefore, we're waiting on Cox to fix it, and they might be waiting on someone else to fix that fiber.

So...
It's not all Staminus' fault.
However, it is their fault for running a DC with only one provider.

We already know. What do you expect? They call someone out of the easter holiday to fix that? Be patient ._. Eastermonday is a holidayday in most regions too so you can expect for this to take longer.

 

What's "seince"

 

People who serve things like this..
They always tend to have an emergency team on-call for situations like this.

Also, they've been out for nearly or over 24 hours now.

Yeah well. It's just a server on the internet. Not the end of the world :) It could be down for a week and I wouldn't really care :D
