    Detailed description of bug: I saw Memeh make a report of something similar so I'll just post it here I guess

    the stair is rarted here:

    no, it's not davey, pay close attention to the stair

    coords (you will be standing directly on the stair):
    X: 10
    Y: 109
    Z: -2
