There's probably like 20 more out there somewhere, but this is just getting ridiculous.

 

That's their decision.
They can leave or not.
That's up to them, it's actually impossible for players to stop leaving, because it's natural.

 

I see no issue with what you're trying to say. We can't stop them from leaving. Their choices. Not ours
