Staff Complaint

So, About staff... I think they should be doing a much better job. They give bogus warnings and everything, I call someone an idiot and get kicked for harassment. Then someone calls me "You retarded idiot" and no shit happens to them. Staff never do anything, on Kit PvP there are players blatantly flying around and using b-hop and nothing is done. I just see the staff members sitting there in spawn. I have been given 3 warnings in total. One of them was for calling someone an idiot the others were also for harassment. If you call calling someone an idiot harassment. There is one staff member who gives these bogus warnings, @JokerBen. I mean really getting kicked and getting a warning for calling someone an idiot.

Another matter is the fact that they ban LEGIT players and let hackers roam around, They just leave it to the anti-cheat which does absolute nothing. Multiple of my friends have been banned for hacking yet they are all legit and a hacker gets away with it. The staff infuriate me.

Even when a hacker is flying around and I tell a staff member they say "Report it on the forums. I mean COME ON HES FRICKEN FLYING AROUND.

In conclusion I think the staff should be better. They do almost nothing from my experiences.

 

A server is built on community and the community is built off of the players. The server cannot function without it's players.

You and all other players need to take it upon themselves to help staff as much as you can and report hackers or report people who are saying the things that you are claiming have been said. The staff cannot do this alone and cannot be expected to take care of every single tiny little thing.

Record hackers and upload the videos to the forums. Screenshot abusive chat and upload those to the forums as well. Take advantage of the /report command in-game.

If you have been wrongfully warned, appeal it here. Staff members aren't robots and they make mistakes, it is highly possible that your warning(s) will be removed. if deemed faulty.

Rather than complaining, take the initiative and do something about it.

 

If staff never do anything, how do you know?

If we could run around and say "we banned this amount of hackers" then we would. This is the same complaint we get everyday.
"Oh staff do nothing, demote them all."

If we did nothing, there would be racism, constant swearing, hackers tearing this server to bits and guess what, you'd leave because of that.
Why do you assume it's one person, and not the entire team, we kinda go by the same guidelines, but some of us call the line thinner than others.

I think you should also realise Helpers can't ban people, and yes, I admit, there is a lack of mods on at the time, but do you think we don't try and figure it out.
How do you know you were warned for idiot btw? You could've said something else that was borderline or not allowed. It's often players being annoyed over warnings than abusive staff.

I think you need to realise how much you're underestimating the staff team.

 

As said above, report the staff member or appeal.
