Stacked splash potions?

Detailed description of bug: I killed budiman00, and I picked up a stack of 12 splash potions of strength 2 for three minutes. The potion shop sells these exact potions, so I wonder if that has anything to do with it.

I don't have proof of me killing him, but before I get banned, I would like staff to confirm that this player won't be getting banned, and I am responsible.

 

Why would you get banned? Just lava the items.

Not without evidence of you killing him and receiving the items I don't think anything can be done.
