[Spleef] Ice turns into water

Detailed description of bug: Okay literally I was up on one of the ice things that stick out away from the arena and mined a lil bit of ice, it instantly turn into water and I started freaking out, now some other blocks are being broken etc. by other players.. might wanna fix this before the place is greifed.
