Spam/Caps Protect

Dear Operators/Developers,

I have noticed the rule that most donors have been breaking. The no chat cooldown perk for donors and up is only for fast typers. I see donors using that perk to spam stuff like "tp for a club!" and stuff like that. Also I have noticed that people have been using all caps in chat and tricking the caps protect. For example people have said like "TPA TO ME FOR A EPIC HB/POWER/CAMP RP!!!!! (caps for life dude)". That ([message]) part is what tricks the caps protect. I have told donors about the no chat cooldown is for fast typers, but they wont listen. Same for everyone else about the caps lock tricking is not allowed. It's getting really annoying of having that be able to happen. Ill take a few screenshots about what im talking about, too. Please fix this bug. But the screenshots may not appear for my computer glitching. Sorry if no photos show up.

Also I will add a poll. I think its about like a voting thing. If I use it in a way it's not allowed, sorry, im kinda new to this thing.

Well, if donors are abusing the cool down perks to spam, you can always screenshot it and report it in the spamming area. http://itsjerryandharry.com/forums/spamming-advertising.31/

From what I know, the caps thing is not a glitch. So again, if people are using it to spam report it to the link above.

You say that your screenshots aren't working/uploading to the forums. If you screenshot with F2, you can go back to the minecraft folder and then to the screenshots folder. Find the screenshot and open it up. After that, you can use easy screen shooting tools that give you a link when they upload it to the web. If you just post the link here, it will be easy for us to see.

There are more, but these are the ones I know.

 

I believe the Caps Protect is to balance caps.
For example if someone goes:
"TPA for role play"

The caps will stay there because its balanced but if someone goes:
"TPA FOR ROLE PLAY"

It will be lower case because it's not balanced.
You get it? That's why they add some random sentence at the end.

P.s I don't know if I'm wrong or not. Correct me if I am.
