Something wich I find very lame !! GAH

Bambi's faction base, I have to say : One hell of a base. A box out of obsidian coverd by Lava surrounder with cactus and soul sand to even make it harder. Unable to break blocks as enemy's : Unraidable. But Minecraft likes to proof me wrong, once again Minecraft has proven to be full of glitches. Appearently its fairly easy to GLITCH in our base using enderpearls.

I wont say I never abused these glitches but really, game breaking if you ask me.
Our base took a little while to make and we made it that it would be really hard to raid, but it isn't.
Just spamming your enderpearls will get you in ANYWHERE, wich I find very very very annoying.

I think they should work harder on fixing things like this, ofcourse im not saying its easy but still. They should look better into it.

Any tips on how to avoid this in the future?
I guess what im doing next is just making 3 block thick walls or even up to 5, just to TRY to avoid those glitches from happening again.

Also, the faction that enderpearled in, enemied us because "We have the owners". Now, here is a basic of our conversation. (I hid the players name)

[me -> SecretPlayer] I thought players wouldn't enemy a faction and be jerks all because of the owners being in it.

So that was pretty much our conversation...I know it's off topic, but it is another thing that is bs. :c

 

Here is a way to fix it! Make an obsidian wall. Then make another with a 1 block gap in between the two walls. Fill the Gap with lava and then If anyone tries to enderperl in they will be burned to death. I use this tatic a lot and hope it helps :P

 

The only thing I can think of is you make another layer of obsidian.

 

Give me base cords ill help make great defenses! I 2 layers of obsidian with a 1 box gap. Towering high up for a single
faction ""Hotel Design"
Small fac, save land claims, save power, save over claiming.

Yeah, but to be honest, if the glitch wasn't here than all faction bases would be unraidable to an extent. But yeah, I can help you with that ;)

First thing to know is that enderpearls can only glitch through 1 block walls. Make it thicker, and you got yourself an enderpearl free base

As for the floor/roof, if you add another layer with a 1 block gap between the first, if people enderpearl in they get stuck in the blocks and suffocate, and if they try to ender out, they get stuck in the block again :D
Or just put lava through every gap you have xD

But if people have already gotten in, I suggest moving bases because they probably set home.

 

dat lava is expensive and so is the obsidian ;/

@Hellotoyou The staff members in our faction do everything legit. Including the J&H crew.

 

Sky bases will get you far in life...
Saves enderglitch issues, difficult to access, and, when placed correctly, nearly impossible to raid if you get the defenses correct.
If you are going to make another base, try that out, it'll work best.

 

Now we have 2 reasons to hate endermen.

 

You should make a decoy room so when they glitch through and use all their enderpearls they will be trapped in something that isn't even the real base. Hope this helps! :)
