SOMEONE HACKED MY ACCOUNT IN STORE.

Hello guys,​

I'm very sad because I had bought the ranks: [VIP] [Premium] [Legend] [Hero] [Herobrine]. And I was Herobrine rank now and then I bought "Naming in their pets", and then when I got in I WAS server Donator RANK!! I think someone hacked my account in the store, and bought Donator just to tease me and I get sad. I'm crying now. If anyone can be fair and put me Herobrine again?

Wait...this makes no sense.

1. How could you possibly charge back the money and the perks? Every time a person charge backs the money, they get banned because they still have the perks, but the money is no longer there.

2. Wouldn't you be banned?

3. Is the money still donated? Or is it charged back?

4. Proof of you having Herobrine and donator, and proof you donated for Herobrine would be helpful.

 

Don't hate it, the admins will fix it as soon as possible.

Umm wait a minute. Its not a hack. If you realise you dont have to put In your account details and just put your ign... so if the person buys donator when you are herobrine it shouldnt revert you back... idk​

 

Pretty sure you cannot re buy donator.

By the way teolicht, here's how it works:

Let's say:

Donator= 10$
VIP=20$
Premium= 30$
Legend= 50$
And so on. Here is how this works.

-Once you have bought a rank, the next rank you buy, will have a "discount".

Say if you bought donator for 10$, you wouldn't have to pay 20$ for VIP, because they do not count how much you pay at a time, they count how much money you have donated in total. This means that of VIP originally costs 20$, and you have [Donator], you would only need to pay 10 more dollars for VIP, because 10$ + 10$ = 20$ in total.

This means you cannot buy a rank twice, once you have bought, say [donator], you cannot buy donator again, and then VIP, legend, and so on.

So it is impossible for someone to have bought donator for you again, unless your money was refunded, in that case your parents may have took the money back, and you have to pay again.

I'll let an admin/staff handle this, but for now, the best option would be to stay calm, and contact staff on the server if you see them, but don't straight out follow them though if they are busy.

 

Who ever paid for the ranks, may of refunded, causing you to go back. Is it just the rank or diguises too?

 

I guess this is a bug in the server, the admins will fix this.

 

Again, if the money was refunded, the person who had the perks refunded would be banned for donation charge back, as they would still have the perks on the server, but the money would be non-existent.

 

I think the owners ban you manually, they might have not gotten to this yet, so it is possible the money was refunded.

Let's wait for the owners to see this, they can check if it has been refunded or not.

 

No, its not. When someone refunds money, they take the money, but the rank and perks stay on the server. As stated before, you still have the perks, but the money that you used to donated for it is no longer J&H's, its yours. Which is why you get banned in the first place, its considered stealing.
