Is everyone allowed on Survival? Are you allowed on PvP? Is there something you must do first before you get privs to build and destroy blocks?
Yes, everyone is allowed on Survival. PvP is only allowed in Factions/Hardcore, not Peaceful. You need to join a faction or find a spot in the wilderness to be able to build and break things.
Pretty much. But if you don't claim the land in the wilderness, someone can claim it. So, you need to claim your land if you want to keep it.
