    Nobody did a court case against Mojang...

    He got swatted. A random hacker calls 911 and says they're going to kill someone. They give the address of some innocent person. The SWAT team goes to the innocent person's house thinking that they murdered someone. It takes a day of jail to explain that they didn't do anything.

    He is filing a court case against the random swatter, not Mojang...
