Uhh I'm not sure if it's real or fake but the video was released in September 2013 so it isn't very recent.
I remember when this happened... Yes, this real, but I'm not sure if this was hacking.... I'll tell you what happened: When I joined the server about 4 people were using the announcements to announce things, like the ones you see in chat often that say "See someone hacking? Click this link to report someone!: *Link*" Sorta like that. But anyway they were spamming with it, and then they told over people to use it, and I'm sorry, but I did. Aparntly, this got out of control. One guy pretened to be a number of girls and say "This is LouiseXminerX, Tpa to me for sex!" and did this to other girls, and god knows how many people tpa'd to me ._. But I think the next day it got fixed. It was real a long while ago in ItsJerryAndHarry, possibly happened around when BuildIt just came, but anyway yeah.
