So, Are we doing anything?

This is a pretty dramatic thread. It has nothing to do with the server or minecraft, so take this very deeply.

How many times have you seen a kid being bullied? How many people do you know that do drugs? How many people do you know that hurt themselves?

Here is another thing;
Do you know any kids who bully others? Do you have a friend who is a bully?








...Have you ever actually done something about it?
Please take this into consideration.

It is very easy to report a behavior that is impacting other's lives to an adult. If the adults do nothing about it, you need to go to someone that will. A police, for example. Please don't risk other people's lives because you are too lazy to report someone being hurt or buying drugs.

If you are homeschooled, this will still apply to you. If you are no longer in school, this will still apply to you. If you see anyone doing something bad, you NEED to report it.

Things happen that go unreported happen in my school, and they will happen in your school too, or city. This is the 21st century, and if we don't do anything about these things, it will only get worse. It will get worse.

This is a very small forum that merely ~200 people are on. That still means you can save at least one life per person. If you are in Elementary school, you still have bullies. That's very likely. Just please, do something about it.

On of the topic of snitches, they don't get stitches. Just don't listen to that doohickey that some gang made to intimidate people who could have saved someone's life. You're not a snitch. You're helping someone, and if there are consiquences to that, there is always someone you can talk to. ALWAYS. It doesn't have to be a teacher, or principal, or parent, because there's always, heck, a MAYOR that can do something about it.

 

If being bullied by a parent counts, I've seen multiple incidents. Sad to say that the victim is myself. Very rarely do I get psychically abused, but I always get emotionally abused. How often? I guess it's safe to say it always happens on Sundays, after that probably 2/6 days of the week. I mostly get it from my father, sometimes my mother. My father lets me off the hook after a while, but my mother holds a grudge against me. As for other people, I barely see anyone get bullied. My school is a safe learning environment.

How many people do I know that do drugs? I don't really socialize with the kids at my school. I wouldn't know the answer to this one. Unless my cousin counts? He's in jail (again) and has been for a year next month. He was arrested for possession of marijuana, meth, and cocaine and for intentions of selling it.

How many people do I know (of) hurt themselves? I used to harm myself back when I was 10. (Glad to say that I've been clean for two years.) I stalk a lot of people's profiles on Instagram, all of them being people from school. Probably about 30% of them are about showing scars and bruises caused by themselves.
