Skype not working...

So I try to log in to Skype on my Microsoft Account but then I get a Internet Explorer error then Skype says "Sometimes the Internet gets sleepy and takes a nap"
Can someone tell me how to fix it?
My OS Info:
Windows Vista SP2
Internet Explorer 9
Note I am on a non Admin account so I can't download software or do anything that will affect other users.

 

Why is this in the rls..
Try restarting your computer and removing skype from it, (then redownload.)
If that doesn't work, try checking the site for help I guess.
Also, restart your wifi router maybe..?
EDIT: ooo I saw that you're not admin... try asking a computer admin for help, or do what other stuff I suggested.

^I think that it's a skype glitch and you need to get an admin so that you can re-download skype.

 

I think maybe it's your internet.
Maybe try resetting your router becuase it sounds like your skype was loading then it timed out becuase it took too long loading.

 

The Admin is my dad but he doesn't know must about Computers
