Are you sure you didn't create an island on sb1 or sb2? If you're sure it's on sb3, then I am afraid I can't help you. I think a staff member needs to check this, then.

You don't know whether he's joking or not. Maybe he is simply not updated, and doesn't know about the name changes. Instead, try to help him! If he is joking, I assume that he'll admit it, but until then, I will try to help him of course.

Name change updates got added to Minecraft, @bestMaddie. Harry is asking you this, because maybe the island you created is still registered on your old username, causing that you won't be able to go on it with your new one.
