This new 100 block proximity chat is a somewhat difficult situation. I do see, however, how there is a plus side to this. I understand this helps prevent spam with contests, tping and more. I also have noticed that less people seem to be getting tp killed. But the problem that I face, as a shop owner, is how do I get people to tp? Yes I am aware that I can go to spawn then advertise there, but it is quite annoying and difficult. I did find it easier to advertise from my island. However, some people may say that being able to advertise at an island is just a luxury. I do understand this and agree with it somewhat, but it is much easier to be able to tp people from your island. Overall, I am saying that people should still be able to have chat on without the 100 block proximity if they want. I think that people should appreciate the fact that we were able to have chat on without the proximity. Maybe if Jerry and Harry take this 100 block proximity away, people will learn to not abuse chat, doing things such as spamming. Hopefully, this is just a temporary thing and people will not abuse it in the future! Thank You for reading and please leave a comment below! -Fuego101 (Donator)
Thank you we need to change this why cant we just limit the chat and make it the 8 sec wait for all donaters and stuff just give the donaters somthing to replace the non chat wait cause i like to advertise my shop and i cant do that if no one can hear me and i cant buy anything if i cant hear anything we need to change this u can put it on creative but no skyblock it just makes it worse for all players. I doubt that people will learn from their mistakes if they bring it back. I personally appreciate 100 block proximity... But then again, I don't have a shop, and I don't EVER trust shop owners :P just to avoid being scammed and all, which occurs far too often. Firstly, this belongs in suggestions. Secondly, I completely agree that people should be able to toggle it on and off if they want. Issue is, I don't know if that could ever be implemented. So meh.
