Skyblock Mob Bug

    Hello, I am just returning to skyblock and was building a mob farm! When I placed my spawners, the mobs started spawning (As usual), but then I noticed, they are all facing south and not moving at all (As shown in picture). Is this a bug on the server, just a lag bug, or something with my minecraft? (This is on Skyblock 1 btw!)
