    In which minigame/server does the bug occur: Skyblock

    Detailed description of bug: When you receive Protection 5 books from Holy Crates, there's no way to apply them to your armor other than to use an anvil. However, when you apply it to your armor using an anvil, it goes back to Protection 4, since that's the max Protection level in Minecraft. Which makes these enchanted books fairly useless. These enchanted books should either be bumped back to Protection 4 in the Holy Crates, or be altered so that they can actually be used.
