[Skyblock][corrupted chunks] Framedrop from 100 fps+ to 0

Detailed description of bug: On my island I lately started getting weard lag spikes, and I have no idea why. There are not too many animals or other entities on my base (50-250 entities). On other (bigger) islands with way more entities I am not getting lag at all (like islands with 1000 entities or more). Also I noticed that the framedrop is always when I am in my shop or near my shop, and that on the other side of the base I am not getting the framedrops (except for one place) It looks like I am getting the framedrops only in some chunks, cuz on the part of the map with the animal farm I am not getting the drops and I always have a high framerate, so I dont think the problem is caused by the animals or the entities. As a little experiment I asked some friends to come walk around in my base, and they where not getting framedrops, except on the places where i get the framedrops. By the way with framedrops I mean from a high fps like 100 drop to 0 fps (It always drops all the way down to 0). I looked around in my base but didn't found anything that could cause the giant frame drops. ( also I am sure it is not my machine I get a max processor usage of 50% and a max ram usage of 40% if i am playing skyblock).
Can anyone help me? cuz my world is now unplayable on some parts of island ;(

 

I visited Ninavdbruggen's island and I was also experieincing lag spikes.

 

Chunks are corrupted, only way to fix is to delete the chunks. Very hard and can corrupt world more.

 

That sucks, in one of the chunks with the framedrops I made a giant pig statue ;( took a week of getting wool. And who you think can help me delete the chunks for me?

@henrykvdb I will test out your island as soon as possible. I use razer game booster and that will show the result. You may try killing the entities (mobs). My friend TheRetardedSloth killed his mobs and I stopped lagging.

Okey, the thing is I am not the owner of the island and the owner almost never gets on. Also, I am really sure that it is not because of the entities, there are only 200 entities, and on other islands with more then 1000 entities I get great fps, the drops are only on specific locations in my base, and those locations are pretty far away from the farms. Btw, at the animal farms I get 100+ fps, and thats the only place in the base with much entities.

Ah k that is what the bump thing means, now I see. Yes I did bumped it up one time, that was to hope that someone who knows how to help me see's it cuz I am already w8ting long for a solution, and I still didn't got one. ;(
