Detailed description of bug: When I teleported to someone I spawned over a hopper and right then I went down and started glitching unable to move and I could do nothing. What do I do?

 

This is a glitch that has been here for a long time, and it's due to the /tp and the way fences and hoppers work. You get stuck inside those blocks, where it simulates a nether portal and you are unable to type, or move. If you have a laggy connection, you may be able to type /spawn quickly, and get out in the split moment that it allows you to type.

Another way is to get MineChat Lite (Downloaded on an iDevice, and enter the game there, and do /spawn.

Other than that, there isn't really an easy way to get out of it unless staff tps you out, or someone removes the hopper.
