Server Store Explaination

Due to the increasing amount of confused ragers posting thread after thread about them being able to buy perks that violate EULA, I could not restrain myself from writing this thread.

Let's start out. The features that have been added back, be it by mistake, or on purpose, Violate EULA. If, and they probably will, Mojang will take action, as they have been against other servers. Now, although Microsoft does own Mojang/Minecraft now, EULA is still in effect, as there has been absolutely no conversations about the topic, and the post remains unedited. Now, Jerry and Harry, have clearly done this on purpose. The influx of perks all at once, and the fact that messages have been added to chat directing you to buy the illegal perks, obviously show that this was in-fact intentional, and Jerry and Harry have no defense in claiming it was an accident. As the "evidence" clearly shows that this was by all means intentional.

My thoughts: In my opinion, I would recommend for players not to purchase the recently added perks that violate EULA. Whenever Mojang/Microsoft gets around to investigating this, they will take action, and your hard earned money that you've put to get these illegal perks, will be lost. It is not worth it. If you want to buy a rank, by all means enjoy the extra perks, however do not buy perks by themselves that violate EULA. For example, if you have a rank and you've received the perks, then by all means go ahead and use them to your advantage, however, if you do not have a rank, or do not already have the illegal perks, then do not go out of your way to buy individual ones, or buy ranks so you will specifically get those illegal perks, because most likely, they will be removed.

My thoughts to J&H: I don't understand why you guys are putting your server on the line over perks. Believe me, added unnecessary perks do not make or break a server, they may make people happy, but it's not a big deal in the long run. Why put this entire server in jeopardy over perks that could of easily been left deleted.
