THE SERVER NEEDS A RESTART! ive noticed people are getting kicked and rejoin and keeps repeating till they give up and no im not using hacks... ._. it just happend one day and now its everyday i get a bad packet or a larger 21bit error :3

 

Why did you make 2 posts?
The server restarts every few days... lool
I'm sure you're patient enough.
I'm also pretty sure that it's not the server that's laggy, it's you.
I don't see anyone else complaining about things like this. The worst lag I get, is an occasional period of block lag.
I suggest you get a new computer, or you get a different wifi provider.

 

thank you and I have found the problem! :D TO ALL THE PEOPLE WHO CAN SEE THIS AND GET THIS PROBLEM check if you java is updated and is the right operating version (32 bit/64 bit) if on windows and if your 64 bit download the 64 bit version and 32 bit download 32 bit or else you will have this problem :D and @Polardrago thanks for the tips but I've fixed it without changing my wifi or my pc
