[Server] /d and /help

    Server: All
    Description: /d is not working on any server. When I try, the "Unknown command" message pops up. And in servers like SkyBlock where /help is meant to be accessible to the general public, it says I need access.

    It is disabled because Mojang broke pretty much everything with their 1.7.8 updates.
