Question Mark Bug!

In Skyblock servers (the only server game I know that this happens in) there is a bug/glitch when you type something without a question mark, its adds one instantly! I got some before and after pictures of the bug/glitch!

Some other people have been having this problem also today and yesterday. Yesterday is when i noticed about the question marks and I thought it was just my keyboard getting stuck or i was accidentally pressing the question mark button., but today I realized it was a glitch or bug of some sort! I'm hoping you guys can figure out this problem because it gets quite annoying when it looks like everyone is asking questions!

I also forgot to add that the donaters are not having this problem. The donaters do not have this glitch! I don't have the proof of the donaters not having the bug. I just find it quite weird!
