Question about donating for a rank?

My friend recently donated for me to get me a rank. How long does it take for the donation to go through?
He donated at about 7:50 PM eastern US time.
(9:42 PM eastern US time right now)

Extra: I got Hero rank.

 

Usually about a few minutes or hours. If it doesn't happen in less than about 2 weeks, then you need to contact J&H at info@itsjerryandharry.com with proof of purchase.
This is also the wrong section, it should be in the "Help" Section.

 

Pretty sure It won't take two weeks o.o If it's over a couple days you should probably email them. :)

That sucks.. O_O I've been waiting about 24+ hours. Still no rank, I've been checking about every hour :p

 

sometimes paymentwall does a random security check... my brother's payment didn't go through once and I went back to google to see that it said it might take a week, unless i had proof. I emailed them saying it was just because we both wanted ranks a day apart, etc, and it went through.

It might've been a coincidence, and the process was just sped up, but... idk. Could take a week, in my opinion.

 

Also, maybe he misspelled your username? That's another thing that could have happened. Otherwise, like the others said above, you should just try and wait it out or email them. Good luck and I hope you get your rank soon.

 

I never made this mistake, but... Do you know if you can get a refund if you misspell your username?

 

I'm not positive about that if you have no proof of your purchase. Did you get an email saying that you bought the rank? If you did, forward it to them at info@itsjerryandharry.com and they should be able to help you from there ;)

 

Honestly, I did not buy the rank, My friend bought it for me, he did say he has proof of purchase though.
I did not tell him my email, so he probably just used his, To this moment I still don't have it :p
I'm just hoping I'll get it soon. I will email them if I have to, considering I got my email fixed today.

I think that you should contact Support if it has been over 24 hours and send them the receipt/proof of purchase/confirmation email, whatever you got (if your friend bought it, tell him/her to send it to you). Tell them you have been waiting for over 24 hours and they should get back to you soon. As said by @zelyses I got mine in 5 minutes. To ensure you get your rank soon you should contact support.
