Problem shop making

I upgraded my shop so I had to remove all my signs, but when I put them back it did not come up with "You have successfully created a shop." I know I am putting the right words in but it still won't work.
If anyone can help me that will be most appreciated.

 

Try to re-log. Are there chests below and everything that's required for a shop to work?

 

Yes there are chests and everything required and I've tried re-logging in but it still won't work; iI've also checked it for several days and it's not doing anything so I really don't know what to do. Thanks for the suggestions though.

 

I was having the same problem last night, and it still isn't working today. I don't know how to fix it, but its not only a one person problem.

 

At least I'm not the only one with this problem, that makes me feel a little better knowing it will hopefully be fixed soon then.
