I hated MinePlex so much. I had Ultra rank on there and around 6000 gems and some butthurt 11 year old losing a minigame took screenshots of me mid air and got me banned in-game by an AFK moderator. I appealed 3 times and had support from many Hero and Ultra rank people but I guess none of it mattered. Their problem is they have too many players to handle with and not enough time to take reports and appeals into consideration.
