Plot Limit Bug

Server: Creative 1 (as far as I've seen)
Detailed Description: I wanted to claim a plot, but I thought I'd reached the plot limit (5 at the time, I'm a Herobrine rank). So I went to a plot that I didn't need, and did /p reset. I went back to the other plot that I wanted, and tried to claim. Then it said, 4/1. There is an obvious plot glitch, as it says I can only have 1 plot, but I have 4. If I remove any more, I'll have 3/1 and I won't be able to claim any more. Would be appreciated if this glitch was fixed. >~<

EXAMPLE:
You have reached the plot limit of 5/1.
*goes to another plot to clear, goes back to desired plot*
*tries to claim*
You have reached the plot limit of 4/1.
