Mods and hacks. These are both things that personally I do not like and hacking is against the rules also! This is what I think about the two... •First of all hacking is subject to a perm ban so just don't do it! •Don't keep going around hoping you will not be caught because YOU WILL and if you think you are too smart YOU ARE WRONG! • If you think it is fun to do it YOUR WRONG it is morally wrong if all you do is cheat everyone to win. •Most hackers think they are really good at what ever they hack because they win EVERY TIME but the truth is you suck so bad that you can't win with out hacking! •If you can't play the game how it is made than DONT PLAY IT AT ALL! Moving on to Mods. Mods can be fun if used correctly, but some people over use it. Some people get so many mods it changed the game COMPLETELY and than there is no point in calling it Minecraft because it is not! • I understand if people use one or two mods like one that I personally use is optifine. I only use this because it increases my FPS and I really need that FPS boost. •I also understand if you use better sprint mod, I personally do not use this but others do and I think that is fine. •I am going back to my previous statement though If you can't play the game how it is made than DONT PLAY IT AT ALL! Agreed on the most part. Not everything but most. Good job for taking the time to create this thread but what are the chances of a hacker viewing this specific thread? You do not use Better Sprint Mod. It actually gives more of an advantage than the Sprint Binding that is in vanilla Minecraft. Also, it's nearly useless and I would see it as an actual game changing Mod. My personal opinion on the topic is about how bad hackers are when they die. It takes more skill to kill a hacker than the hacks to crush the skilled player. Use skill to your advantage. With the Mods, I use Rei's Minimap and Optifine. I've tried Armour Status HUD, Effect Status HUD and Directional Status HUD but those 3 don't seem to work. A problem about hackers is the actual hack they use. I guarantee most of this community doesn't know about Freecam nor Radar. The less common ones are never seen and are nearly impossible to detect. The main ones are Forcefield (Kill Aura), Click-Aimbot, Bow-Aimbot, Toggle Sprint (Non-stop sprinting), No-Knockback (same as No-Slowdown) and NoFall. These 6 are mainly common in hackers but the other side is not so easy to find out about. Radar (entity radar, etc), freecam, X-Ray and Chestfinder are nearly impossible to detect. It's not cool for hackers to use these kinds of hacks against us but the best thing is knowing that you beat a hacker.
I agree, but I think the mini map mod you mentioned changes the game much more than better sprint would.
