people cant buy from my shop on skyblock

I cant buy from my shop I went on my other accont and I cant buy I made new sign and it says "Shop succisfuly made" but still dosent work don't really now how to have proof for this so please fix I have a really big shop that took 13 hours to make. My Mine craft name is brayden2342 I play on world 2



the reason I reported this was that other people I have heard can get stuff free in this bug so please either shut this shop thing down and fix it or fix it immediately
